• We work closely with your leadership team to consider how the business can get ahead of the competition in a clean energy landscape • We will look at your whole operation in the context of a zero/low carbon reference frame and consider: o A future operating model that fits with your business aspirations, whilst leveraging clean energy and associated technologies to give you the edge o Developing and optimising a transition plan that gets you there, including key investments (what, when and how) • The transition plan will have a full business case and we will work on this in partnership with you If you then wish to move forwards, we can either provide full project management and engage delivery partners, or be on hand to provide guidance and support
